What are you passions?

I don't really have "passions". I like (and mostly don't like) a various things... To give a satisfying answer, let's say I like video games, reading, learning new things, astronomy and making projects (such as a website).

Would you advise someone to create their own website?

Absolutely! Depending on what purpose your website is for, you don't necessarily need do make it too attractive or anything. Moreover, there are beautiful websites that are quite simple to design. I mean, you don't need to spend a lot of time to make a good looking website.
There are plenty of tools to help you creating a website if you don't know how to code of course... (well, I only know wix.com hehe)
Also, you must know you don't need to spend any money to host or create a website (of course, it may help, but you also may not need it).
Just, be careful, I don't recommend you to host it at your home (excepted if you really know what you are doing).

How did you make this website's theme?

It was very long, I only used Figma to make the mockup. I don't know other tools for this purpose, and even if I knew one, I am not sure it would let me make such an original design. Anyway, I had to code the whole CSS by myself.

Can someone use the drawings featured on this website?

As long as you explicitly mention both "Cosmauve" (or "KeyWoZzer) and "Numite", and you don't use it for any commercial purpose, then yes.
